About the Island

Nici is a 2.2 hectare island, sheltered between a number of other larger islands between Culion and Busuanga. It has a single 3-bedroom house that can accommodate up to six people, built on the top of the hill, providing excellent views and also enhanced protection against high waves, together with enhanced privacy.

The house is well furnished, with a master en-suite bedroom with a direct sea view and two other double beds sharing the other bathroom. It has a well equipped kitchen for guests that prefer to cook their own food. A dedicated helper/cook is at the island every morning and can cook your lunch at an additional cost (the ingredients need to be brought from Coron or Culion, but the cook can help you with that as well). There is also a local restaurant in Culion, about 15 minutes by boat.

The island has mainly pebble beaches and coastal mangroves, however there is a smaller area with a sand bar, ideal for children. The island also has a properly built pier to ensure easy access regardless of the tide.

If you want to do some sight-seeing in general or island-hopping, your helper can assist you with that as well, using our own boat.

There's also a tennis court and a small swimming pool for guests that prefer to stay in the island.

There are no laundry facilities in the island itself, but if you need to do any laundry, please let your helper know in advance so that we can arrange for it to be picked up in the island, washed in Culion and returned back to you later (extra charges apply).

Please see below a number of pictures of the island:

The island is ideal for a honeymoon, Robinson Crusoe style holidays, island adventure holidays or simply a beachfront vacation rental.
